Positives:
The bed was comfortable. It was convenient to a conference I went to.
Negatives:
Crazy busy place! Many, many families. Long wait for the elevator. Had to change rooms to one further away from the elevator noise. Had to wipe down some tables in the room ourselves as they were still sticky from previous people. Needs better house cleaning. I saw family/children shivering in the elevator as they had just come from the pool which was very cold! So no swimming here for us. Got up early to leave and the hot water/coffee dispenser wasn't functioning at all. A hotel employee was trying to get it to work and wasn't in the best of moods. I saw one orange available, 2 yogurts and 2 granola bars for the "breakfast options" for everyone, which is terrible. Other patrons just turned to leave without anything too. One woman asked where to leave her room key and the employee was very sharp with her (same employee trying to get the coffee/hot water to machine to work). Employees need customer service training. We will choose another hotel option if in the area again.
