I booked a room with a pull out couch and then was told that booking through a third party meant the room type wasn’t guaranteed. There was no other rooms available so I was stuck.

The room was fantastic! Loved the lay out of the room. Staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was clean and beautiful.

Breakfast. I know it was grab-n-go but the muffins, fruit, and yogurt was not refilled while we were there. I was surprised there was no juice.

Advertised as “everything you need for short term, weekly, or long term stays”, the room didn’t have the basics. No pillow, or blanket for the pull out sofa. Had to contact the front desk twice and waited an hour- wouldn’t be a big deal except we checked in at midnight. There was a kitchen area but there were no plates or utensils- cant eat the food that we brought without making a mess. There was no soap by the bathroom sink to wash hands. I slept on the bed and it was comfortable. It is in a good location to the hospital and highway. In short, just know what you are getting for what you are paying.

I messaged them to tell them I want going to stay for my entire reservation. They argued with me about a refund. Do not waste your money. Horribly experience
