The space in the lobby available for kids

2 games in the game room ate our money. The air hockey table took our money but didn't work. No puck came out. The window ledge in both rooms were very very dusty. The bathroom toilet had so much urine around the bottom of the toilet. Room 307

The place is completely run down. It smells, the elevator makes noise, have the key card doors dont work.

Had huge open area where the grandkids could run around, play pool, ping pong, skeet game. They had game room and exercise room. Rooms facing open area. This was our 4th year having Christmas get together here.
Negatives:
Very dissapointed the pool was closed. We were having a late family Christmas get together. We chose this hotel with pool for the kids. Staff was very apologetic. Kids still had a GREAT time in the common area with games, etc.

It is close to the highway and a good amount of food choices.
Negatives:
I feel like they need to update the bathrooms. The tiles need caulked. They looked a little gross. But that was it.
