We love this hotel we have stayed here many times because it is close to our grandson. The rooms are comfortable and clean.

This last time we stayed I thought I would just need a room for my husband and I so I only booked a king bed room but my grandson decided to come at the last minute. It was too late to cancel and book a double bed room. I called the hotel directly and they said that since I booked through booking.com they could not upgrade my room. So when we got to the hotel I asked if there was a roll a way bed we could get…no. Ok, is there a king bed room with a sofa bed…no. Ok, we will figure something out. So we pushed one of the cushioned tables up to a cushioned chair but there was only one blanket in the closet so we went back down to the front desk to ask if we could get an extra blanket…no. So we took the big top blanket off the king bed and put it over the chair and ottoman and my husband and I covered up with the blanket from the closet. I understand why they could not change our room but I have never been told no so many times at a hotel. Not even tried to accommodate us in anyway and we have stayed here multiple times. Very disappointed and we might not come back after this experience.

I had paid in full online and then when I got there they charged me for "incidentals". They said it was hotel policy. No where in the lobby did it mention this or did it mention it on the site when I booked it. The receipt said "paid in full". We didn't order anything extra and left the room clean. Will never see that money back either. That was rather disappointing.
