I stayed here during my time of grief in November 2022 the price was different and then again the stay was due to lying my dad to rest. I paid the current price for the customer service experience and peaceful rest for my family.

Bernard on nights was the ONLY knowledgable Ns helpful person.

They essentially dropped my reservation on my second room. Lied all day about it. We come back from wedding at 11pm and they tell us they booked a second room at hotel miles away. We were traveling together! This is after I had 4 conversations with the front desk in 2 days about my rooms and requesting checking in early. Never once dis they say they did not have my second room. I did have confirmation of my reservation. They finally found a room to give us. Said it was clean, but it was disgusting. Bed sheets and blanket was disgusting and needed changed. Amber on nights was rude and unhelpful. Even saying to have some of us sleeping on the couch! This was most ridiculous experience I have ever had.
