Didn’t like getting a knock on the door a few minutes before check out time to see if we were leaving. When i opened the door my bag was in my hand. Check out was 11 am . I could understand if someone isn’t out with in 15 of the check out time, however there were a few mins left till check out time !

Location. Easy access to wherever we needed to be.

The breakfast room was ill equipped, messy. Earlier risers had left a mess and the coffee and other supplies hadn't been refilled. We had stayed at this facility several years ago & found it very satisfactory. However, it has not been kept up well. Very disappointing.

Way the manager talked to us like we were theaves when we asked for extra pillows and were told we would be charged if they weren't there in the morning. Also, we had asked for Forks for our supper leftovers and was told to get them out of the breakfast room. When we turned on the light, we saw roaches scatter everywhere. That was our que to check out.

I got there, and the staff wouldn't let me check in. Their computer system was down. So they sent me to the quality inn down the road, and the quality inn didn't have running water from 11am till 6pm because they were under construction
