The staff was very friendly. My boss Rod booked this for me but I was the person who stayed in the room.
Negatives:
I was very unhappy with the cleanliness in the room. I found cheese crackers crumbs IN the bed. The top sheet had a dark stain in 2 spots right where the sheet would hit my face. Sheets had wrinkles like from a person and were dirty. Pillow case stains

I liked pretty much everything except for the $50 dollar deposit they asked for, it wasn't mentioned at time of booking.

I didn't like having to put $50 more dollars towards deposit
I also didn't like that the pool was closed as it played a big part in booking there.

Location was great and near a lot of restaurants and stores.

Breakfast buffet was not very good. Room didn't have shampoo at all and when called told housekeeping doesn't come in till 9 and they would fill it. Came back from breakfast to room at 9:20 am and nothing. Called front desk and said housekeeping should be in the hallway to get the shampoo from. One, why wasn't the room checked before we checked in to make sure it was ready for people with all amenities. Two you have to wait until 9 for housekeeping so if we were up earlier we were just out of luck? Three why do I have to find housekeeping? And yes I know I could have brought my own shampoo but didn't because all hotels have shampoo and it was one less thing to pack. When discussed with front desk when checking out was told sorry she can't leave the desk as she's the only one there but will let the manager know and nothing else was said or done. Haven't heard from anyone at the hotel. Not impressed with the customer service at all.
