Positives: Dale, at the desk at check-in, was wonderful. He was professional yet very friendly and made sure he answered any questions we had. He also thanked me for being an Hilton Honors member. The staff as a whole was very nice,
Negatives: I didn't appreciate being charged $20 for incidentals, even though Dale said that it would be credited if we didn't purchase anything. It was something I didn't check when we checked out. Also at breakfast, the layout was a little odd. We almost missed half of the buffet because it was around the corner. A solid wall separated the two parts of the buffet. A sign indicating there was more around the corner would have been nice.
