Placed into last room at end of right of hallway and it smelled like dog urine upon entry. The temperature of the room for the air was set on full blast to try and drawn out the smell but it did no good. We didn’t even make it to turn on the lights immediately called for change in stay locations. The front desk tried to apologize and say that he was not aware that that room was not cleaned and he thought it was but there was another room that was cleaned he just checked. Played a game in the choice of rooms and randomly selected 138 for us to room in (the worst of the two) then apologized later after saying that that same room had a dog stay in it before we went in. Then tried to say that there was no manager or corporate office. Begged us to stay in the other room 103.
