During check in front desk clerk was no where, then he came out it was a very quick process, seems like he was in a hurry to get back to whatever he was doing, he didn't even ask for ID, gave me only one key, then he was gone, did not even tell me where the elevator was, well the elevator was really slow and only one was working in the morning. Ended up taking the stairs

The breakfast was good, that's one of the reasons I choose Hampton.
Negatives:
The place was dirty, I had to clean the surfaces in my room with a wet cloth and towel. There were crusty stains on the desk and counter tops., it took some elbow grease, you could tell some of the stains had been there for a while. It's hard to see the dirt because everything is dark brown. I had to put a towel on the chair to sit in it because it had an unidentifiable stain. The floor was dirty with black particles of debris, I found a penny on the floor right by the door.

We had to leave a day earlier than planned. The desk clerk was a jurrk. He told me I had to call Booking to cancel the last day. So I tried to adjust my stay on Booking.com, but couldn't. I called the hotel as directed by the web site to only get another round of BS from the clerk! Later that day and 300 miles down the road, the day shift clerk told me it was resolved. Also, at this price you would expect a microwave... nope!
