NOT HANDICAP FRIENDLY
They put me on the third floor and my dog is terrified of elevators so every time I had to walk her I had to climb up and down 3 flights of stairs. They only have 3 handicap parking spots in their lot.
The “housekeeper” came in to clean once and had very obviously peed himself, then told the manager he smelled smoke so the manager came in and began verbally attacking my children and when I tried to ask him to direct his words to the only adult there he threatened to make me leave. Absolutely insane I have never had such a crazy experience in a hotel…. And the pool has been closed down since Covid.
