Absolutely NOTHING!!
Negatives:
EVERYTHING! My room was horrible. It was far from being clean. There were dead bugs and spider webs everywhere; including the headboard of the bed. The water was orangish-red. The bathroom sink was leaking all on the floor. When they came to fix the sink, they got mad that we were getting dressed and couldn't come in at that time. All the staff were ridiculously rude...for no reason! When they were told about the bugs, they said we could go because they didn't want to clean 2 different rooms. These workers are horrible!!! This place shouldn't be affiliated with Wyndham at all! It brings the value down of the Wyndham name. The health department needs to go inspect this place. It's bad for your health. If this is the only place for you to stay...don't!! We only stayed long enough to get dressed because we were in town for a wedding. We didn't even want to stay that long. We were tempted to get dressed at a gas station. Well, needless to say, we checked out and left...God will definitely replenish the money!!

Feels old and not the best kept up with but the room was generally clean, bedding was clean and white, no stains.

The front desk lady was nice but she was sort of slow to assist us when we wanted to check out. I had to buzz the bell and knock on a couple doors . When I finally found her, she was serving a plate of food to one of her elderly relatives in a back room.

Positives:
Nothing, was very sad to see the horrible conditions the place is now in. I grew up around the corner in the 70s and 80s. It was always a nice respectable place. Now the atmosphere is that of a no tell motel.
Negatives:
Everything, no redeeming qualities. If I hadn't have paid in advance and would have lost my money I would not have stayed. The smell of marijuana permeated everything.

The dirty toilet, the loose panel on the side of the jacuzzi tub, dirty uneven floors, a door that did not lock, curtains that were not hung properly with only pins on the valance, only two washcloths and towels for a 3day stay 2 nights. Not enough soaps,
