Negatives: Receptionist very bad. As soon we arrived and approached her she was aloof as if suspicious of us. We arrived late. She kept pretending as if not hearing what our greetings were . She was vey unfriendly. Never even looked at the details of booking. Rudely said that we did not have breakfast included . We had to come back and hopping to speak at any other reception person. And we did come back begging the male attendant to check. He finally said we have Breakfast included. They spoke as if we had made a mistake for booking on app or something . If conversant with the entanglement of internet hotel bookings then it did not show. If aware of what to do it terribly did not show. They kept saying they’re dealing with two hotel systems from the same desk As if we knew that. Or should quietly know that and shut .The receptionist staff at the desk is below average for such a nice hotel. Staff should be trained and serve preferably and professionally at all hours. The hotel is open 24 /7 and good services must be 24/7 -like the valet stuff . For sake of Toledo or perhaps the guests -Take the ypung girl at valet and perhaps promote her to be at receptionist. Kindly remove the receptionist at night. This is not a place for reception staff to sleep or act sleepy . It is the for the guests to do so at hotel. We had several other relatives in the hotel from across the Coutry . I apologize for the above details . But I almost felt bad for the efforts Toledo has put in developing and up grading the downtown economic growth. But we want to come back to this great hotel. And we will. Blessings to Toledo.
