Positives:
Very clean and quiet hotel in West Chester. Offered upgrade which was nice.
Negatives:
Faucets in bath sink positioned where it made it hard to wash hands without flooding counter top. Brought it up at checkout and its a known issue. Hopefully it gets corrected. Someone let the contractor pull one over on them.
Positives:
All of the staff were very personable. The sheets were SO soft, the bed was comfy, and the pillows were perfect.
Negatives:
There was no bodywash; just the bars of soap. And the breakfast was mediocre.

Nice location. Friendly staff. Breakfast had good variety. Decent room.
Negatives:
Pretty clean throughout, but walls in room needed a wipe down/repaint. Pillows are not great. Faucet design mentioned in nearly all comments is definitely noticeable you have to work hard when washing hands not to make a mess. Carpet in halls was worn.

The check-in was terrible. We arrived late on 8/19, the Cc machine, card reader was not working. The night staff put us through the ringer and would not believe it was their machine even after I confirmed from my Cc company that nothing came through. They finally believed me after 4 other guests arrived, and they could not check anyone in. We arrived before 11 PM and got to our room after midnight.

Our room was very well kept, clean, and comfortable. It was much more spacious than other hotel rooms we have been to in the past. Their pool area was clearly maintained and smelled of chlorine so we felt comfortable swimming. The breakfast options were great, and the space for lounging and eating was awesome.
