The breakdown of this is your staff was awesome. The facility was great, but your management sucks, and customer service sucked. Not coming back

The staff there were amazing, thoughtful and helpful.
Negatives:
It would have been nice to know something happened and it was under renovation. I walked through hallways where there were holes in the floor. Our room, had dust, cob webs everywhere. The beds were poor quality.
