The door to our room didn't open with given keys multiple times. The shower, windowsill and curtains all had visible mold. The chair in the room also had a large visible brown stain on the seat.

the breakfast needs lots of improving. the eggs were frozen patty shaped and did not taste like eggs,,,powered eggs??? Sacrificed quality for profit, the sausage looked like it had been boiled instead of fried in a pan, so they looked very undone. tried a waffle make your own and the batter was too sweet, the apple juice was bad, took a sip and it had a twang to it...bad taste
