Wyndham Garden Stillwater

Negatives: Its really sad that u have someone stay for almost à month and prices change because of an event! When u have a Loyal customer or stayer, their price shouldnt change! Ive been happy with service and every stay ive had, but u lost q Loyal stayer!! I will take my almost $2000 stay where loyalty is #1

Negatives: The bathroom was dirty, the floor looked like it had not been mopped or even swept. And the toilet did not look clean. The bathroom as a whole was dirty. The room wasn’t as bad as the bathroom. The pillows were not good. They were very lumpy and uncomfortable. The bed was pretty comfortable.

Negatives: The sheets had blood stains, what looked like black grease marks (on both beds) the room stank heavily of tobacco smoke, the curtains were ripped and brown. I took pictures of the blood and grease

Negatives: I stayed for 2 weeks with a set rate! You guys got more business abd tried to charge me a higher rate! Not very good business to à Loyal Stayer!!

Negatives: The WiFi didn't work properly. Our Apple iPhones phones worked in other motels/hotels but the login window failed to show at this location until the second trip to front desk personnel couldn't log-in either. On the 3rd day we managed to log-in. The indoor pool and hot tub were "closed for repair" but looked fine to us from our overlooking windows

On the 3rd day we managed to log-in. The indoor pool and hot tub were "closed for repair" but looked fine to us from our overlooking windows

Negatives: I have stayed at this location plenty of times, to be honest. It's the only place I stay. However after this last stay I may have to make some changes. When I checked in and made it to my room, only one of the two keys worked. So I stopped by the desk and she made a new one. When I put my bag on the luggage rack, one side came out of the wall. I hurried up and called the front desk to make them aware no one came that night. The next morning, I noticed that there was a charge on my account for 85$ and some change from the hotel. Keep in mind I had already pre-paid for the stay. So I wasn't sure why there was an additional charge. Only to come back and once again the room keys don't work both this time so they made new one's in total I had to have my room key made 3 different times house clean just came in the room they didn't knock or anything luckily I had the dead bolt on. Then to top off the stay I pulled a towel to dry off with and it was covered in dirty and hair on both side. When I was checking out I showed the towel to the lady at the desk and told her about my stay she just looked at me like a deer in headlights and asked if I needed her for anything else because she was going to show the towel to house keeping. It literally looked like they just re-folded the towel and stuck it back dirty and all. Truly one of the worst stay I have had with them. I forgot to take pictures of the towel and the luggage rack
