Positives:
The location was great and it is still the best hotel in Stroud.
Negatives:
Well, the pool was closed, only 1 elevator worked, the fridge wasnt working in the breakfast area so the had to keep running down to another area to restock. Although the showers are better there is still mold around the shower door area.

This hotel is conveniently located off the turnpike and close to Chandler where our extended family lives. The check in was easy, room was fresh & clean, pet friendly, only one elevator was operational but it worked, ice machine on our floor, nice pool

Nothing really we didnt like. It was a great stay and excellent value.

3rd time that I have stayed at this property & I have to wait a long time or delay my shower in order to have hot water. This is the 2nd time since the end of September that one of the elevators is out of order. The bed always squeaks when I move.
Positives:
Good location that was right off the highway. Hotel was nice and the room was spacious and clean.
Negatives:
Bed and pillows weren't the most comfortable.

This site has a very business feel. Very square building and rooms. No home feel to it. It served its purpose for low cost and a one night stay. Breakfast was very good. Kitty-corner from it is a great BBQ place. Be sure to order the beef ribs.

We liked everything , even the humming air conditioner as after having the room cooled down we switched it off for the night and enjoyed our stay. It is definitely a 3 star facility. Very clean and fresh!
Negatives:
The kids couldn't knuck themselves out in the swimming pool as it was under maintanance, which is actually a positive thing for the guests to swim in clean water. We were just a bit unlucky))
