First of all, I got bed-bugs bites! And they are on my face, neck, arms and hands! Secondly the hotel did not provide breakfast even when I booked it showed breakfast included

Manager never responded to a request for a 1st floor room. Argued with a customer over the room rate that was agreed to over the phone. No elevator. Dirty premises with furniture stuck in the halls. Basically a dirty, unfriendly place to stay.

The woman that checked me in is a very nice an friendly person,and The room wasn't that bad an was clean considering some I have stayed at that were way way misleading.

The people on each side of my room, the one on the left of me stood outside the door hollering an the guy that was with them. An both sides Slammed doors and other loud noises it all stopped around 4am Saturday morning

the staff 1st told me they didn't have any reservations or rooms and dismissed me, I had to call the Hotel talk to some one else and ask 2 times before she would look up my reservation. and then go back inside and get my room.

The owners were EXTREMELY rude. The watch your every move with cameras. Not pet friendly at all. Cigarette burns in the sheets. Drug bust in the parking lot during the day and fire trucks and ambulances by night. Halls are hot with no AC and have a nasty smell. Price really isnt good. Go somewhere else. I warned you.

Nothing I was charged for two nights however due to extensive storm damage in prior days the hotel had no electricity, and no phone service, so no guests or reservations were valid because they couldn't be open for business. That was a month ago.
Negatives:
I am still waiting to be refunded for the two nights paid for but hotel no power or phones and it's still closed due too previous storm damage, I don't believe I should have had to pay when I couldn't stay out check in, no phone service either
