Positives:
Our power went out in region so supply of available hotels was very limited. It was a tough situation for all hotels. Extended Stay had availability.
Negatives:
Even though we had confirmed reservation, when I called to confirm they said they were in oversold situation and weren't sure they could honor our reservation. Eventually they did. Room was not ready at check in time. We waited 45 minutes. The check in system was slow. Rooms were dark, furniture and room were very aged and needs updating. There were no utensils, cups or glasses in the room. We could have requested utensils but it wasn't clear if we were going to be charged. We assumed they would just be in the room for use. Wifi was very slow and cut out frequently. I guess there was a upgraded wifi for a fee but we did not use it. The staff was kind but I don't think their management gives them the tools to be successful. I would not stay here again.
