Location to Hayden is excellent, would recommend for concert goers. Very clean, as expected but not exceeding.
Negatives:
The pillows were not good at all. Very thick, no give, did not help to get a good sleep. Location is great for a purpose visit to Mill district and Hayden, but second floor rooms are not exactly offering a view unless you like a direct look at a retaining wall. Having said that, we would still come back again if the price is right because it served our purpose within the context of walking distance to river path and Hayden.

My Place was in the perfect location close to lots of restaurants and shops we were able to walk everywhere. The room was clean and the beds were very comfy. The staff were also very friendly when we checked in we were given an upgrade which was nice. Our room had a great view of the mountains. Thank you!

I was charged $150 extra after I left the property with the claim that my dog did damage. When I asked them to provide me with a photo of said damage, I have received no message back, no photo, no proof basically nothing. It’s interesting how they wait till I’m almost completely across the state to bill me so that I cannot come back and question the situation in person. If they’re going to start charging people extra for things, they should have proof that there was a problem.

Wish there was ice available as well as a few piece of cutlery. My only complaint would be the room was next to stairs at the end of the hall and we could hear kids running up and down them rather late at night. But not a deal breaker.
