Positives:
Chris was great and changed my room from 2nd floor to the first floor as I’ve had knee surgery and can’t do stairs. Room was nice as we parked in handicap spot right outside of our room. Took back road to mall to go to dinner

The construction out front of hotel. Way beyond your control. We didn’t grab breakfast as it wasn’t completely setup yet as we were leaving at 6:30

The Jacuzzi was amazing and very relaxing. The room was clean quiet and everything worked as expected.
Negatives:
My only minor complain would be the mattress in the bed wasn't the most comfortable but I am a little spoiled by my own mattress at home. I still slept very well just could have been a little more comfortable.

Not enough staff. Meaning late breakfast starts and wondering around to find staff for coffee packets, towels or questions. After midnight there is a note on front door saying it's locked and to use one of two other doors. ( was told this upon check in). The doors you are asked to use also have notes ( plaques) that say that door is locked after 11pm.

The front desk staff was so helpful and friendly! We were initially disappointed, finding out the pool was closed upon arrival, but they really went above and beyond to help make it up to us. Best customer service I have ever had at a hotel!

$478.00 in additional charges! 28 for a wash cloth because I spilled macaroni on table and cleaned it up. Should have left it! Still haven't been paid back and they can't find $300 in charges! Their system is randomly charging people as manager said and was rude and wouldn't let me talk for 45 minutes! I'll never go back! I have a $300 future charge on my bank account for next weekend! I haven't and won't book it! Staff other than manager is awesome!
