That it was on the river and the woman working nights was very kind in wanting to fix things.

We had to switch room three times due to hair in our beds. There was a mouse in our room and we have a video of it. The building we put in had no outdoor lights and was very dark. When asking for a manager he was “dealing with an emergency.” No offer to call us back or make things right. Turns out if you do not come out yelling nothing gets done about it.

Haven’t know the property and construction of it was somewhat of an handicap. The front desk told us the room is around the building in front of us. We tried and even the maintenance manager had a hard time finding it. Finding it on the second floor and haven had a hip replacement made it more than difficult getting to the second floor. For extra money we received a “better “ one in another building. In the kitchen area, dirty countertops, no dishes at all, toaster under the sink, one coffee cup with stretch plastic rapper on top and 3 uncovered paper cups. No working ice machines with in walking distance.
The extra money was reemburse.

We liked that there was a jetted tub. My husband had knee surgery so he was looking forward to it. We like the river view and fireplace. It's a spacious room.
Negatives:
The bed was really lumpy. Not a comfortable bed at all. There was a partial roll of toilet paper and we didn't notice there was no extra roll. There was someone's left over soap in the shower so I don't think the room was really cleaned.

When I arrived to check in I waited at the front desk for over 30 min and did not see anyone around and I had already been on the road for several hours and this was approx 1030 pm if I couldn't get help I didn't want to risk staying there.
I would not stay there.
