What a great staff! From the front desk to the handyman to the housekeepers. Luz (front desk) was personable, greeted everyone with a smile and a can-do attitude. Grab-and-Go breakfast is cold or hot cereal, apples & oranges, pancake machine, yogurt and hard-boiled eggs with coffee, OJ or apple juice. Pool is large and heated, but not hot. The hot tub was very nice and spacious.
Negatives:
Room 121 (ADA accessible) didn't have a fridge. The heat didn't work, so we changed rooms to a 2nd floor unit. Unfortunately, we were below very active people staying above us, so the ceiling creaked and squeaked.

The beds are far from comfortable. The shower faucet didn't work. Then after our stay, I called to ask if they had found a sweater we lost and the lady said she would call me back. Two days later and they still have not called back.
