I travel to Eugene often to visit family. My experience with other hotels in Eugene has ben that, being a college town, the hotels are well used and not the cleanest. The Hampton Inn on the other hand is very clean, and the stafff is very polite. I will be staying there again when I visit family in West Eugene.

Housekeeping should be every day and not 'upon request'. It's a hotel, daily housekeeping is expected. If not provided I should get a $50 per day credit.

Whoever was above me was brutally stomping around, but this is a great option for having an early flight out of Eugene.

Staff was friendly and helpful. The cherry on top was the to-go breafasts they prepared for guest checking out before the continental breakfast hours.

Would have loved a shuttle option to the airport, but I don;t hold it against them. EUG is a small airport.
