It felt a little dated but it was clean and comfortable. The lady at the office was great, she came and fixed our TV immediately when we couldn't figure out how to operate it. Quiet and comfortable!
Negatives:
It didn't have coffee un the room or in the office, l don't need a full breakfast but l appreciate coffee available at all times.
Negatives:
The room has a very strong smell of disinfectant and the bed mattress is worn with sharp steel wire sticking up. The heater made loud noise through the night.
