The location was ok and I liked that there was a hot tub.

The breakfast was ok..seemed to be low on a lot of things, toaster was broken, bacon was undercooked.
My room was literally 2 steps from the elevator and all night I heard the elevator door open and closing and barely got any sleep. The room was also very small. Nobody could enter the room if I was at the bathroom sink because it was right by the door . Not what I expected for $200 a night.

The bed was uncomfortable, it felt like a very cheap spring mattress. My husband's hips were aching the next day and we were glad we were only staying one night.
The staff that I checked out with asked if I wanted a receipt and when I asked if I could get it sent to my email she said "I don't know, you went through Booking.com". She didn't offer to take down my email to send it so I just had her print it. She wasn't exactly rude, but it felt very abrupt and unhelpful.
