There was NO breakfast!!! One of the reasons we chose this hotel was for the breakfast!

Breakfast would have been better to be tied if there wasn't one when it advertised one.
The room was small. Would be better to have a bigger vanity area and a smaller toilet./shower area. Didn't care for that part much. Probably won't stay here again.

We showed up and nowhere on the site did it say you had to be 21 to rent a room, we got there after booking a room just to be told at 7 o clock at night that " you have to be 21, I'm canceling your reservation" luckily there was a hotel with rooms available nearby but if there hadn't been I would've been even more upset than I am, if you have an age requirement then you need to put it on the site cause what good is it being 18 anymore honestly, change your policies on age and you'd have more customers, guaranteed

I paid for an ocean view room and when I arrived the staff refuse to change rooms due to me booking online even though I had my reservation details showing what I reserved. After getting checked in to my room the staff was very rude when I asked for them to fix the tub that wasn’t draining I wanted to shower and the man handed me a plunger… for one how did the tub actually get clean by housekeeping if it was backing up and why tf is it my job to unclog the tub with no cleaning supplies I will never stay here again very disgusted with the lack of customer service and cleanliness also don’t get me started on the rock hard beds! Save your money and go somewhere else

I can't bring a hot plate and cook any food that I want to eat. So I have to eat I have to eat microwave food in my room the whole time Because if I use a hot plate they will think I'm smoking. And then charge me two hundred and fifty dollars And when I got there, they asked for my credit card information. Just in case there was any damage to the room I thought this would Looking through you guys but you guys are great I did not know I did not stay the whole time I had to go home. I missed one night that was the last night which would have been 12/22
