My room was dirty. The refrigerator was dirty the microwave and the shower. The microwave did not work and there was a very foul odor in the hallway. When I called the front desk to complain he got an attitude and told me to call the manager. The lamps was broken as well.
My sister's room had a foul smell and was not clean.
The least the hotel could do is provide a clean room while charging $100 per night.

Grab & Go breakfast was either a muffin OR a pack of oatmeal (with staff allowing only ONE muffin per paying guest)so plan accordingly. Kitchen kits have NEVER BEEN READY and we have stayed here twice with plans to cook, so we ended up having to eat out as we never got it the entire multi day stay.
