There were long strands of long black hair all over the shower wall, and I dont have long hair, apparently the shower area was not cleaned properly, it was disgusting. I did mention it to the girl that was working in front, but she did not seem to care!

I am a frequent quest at Holiday Inn Airport in Portland and the accommodations for park and fly are very reasonable and the shuttle service to and from airport are convenient.

Hole in the bathroom ceiling and the TV didn't work. Checked in late in the evening and then had to change rooms. Found out the next morning we were in a high crime neighborhood.

The coffee in the room was lacking. Barely the enough sugar and creamer for one cup. Also, what hotel doesn't offer free coffee in the lobby??? You had to pay $3 for a cup at the restaurant or the coffee bar in lobby, which was out of espresso. Sad.

The freezing weather but that nothing this hotel could do about the staff made it bearable and enjoyable.

Cannot beat the location and ease to PDX. 1.7 miles away. Being "off the strip" saves you money and the rooms/lobby were surprisingly really nice and well-appointed. There is a restaurant as well as bar.

Some breakfast staff didn't show up for work so remaining employees had to make do, which they did and it was not their fault or the fault of the hotel. We commend those employees on their over and above efforts.
