Positives:
I liked the overall decor of the hotel. The bed was comfortable. The restaurant was good. The staff were friendly and helpful. We had a noisy neighbor yelling in the middle of the night and the staff member addressed it immediately.
Negatives:
The room was quite small, if you don’t need a lot of space then it wouldn’t be an issue. The parking garage is next door and the access door was locked my whole stay. While the overall noise level was okay, the walls were thin and could hear the room next to us when they were noisy.

I felt "nickel and dimed." Parking is a $40 fee for each night. That was not included on the booking page. Beware! For breakfast they give you a $15 voucher, but (surprise!) most items on the menu are more than $15, so you will end up paying.

Room 204 had a very smoky (cigarette) smell. Trash and refrigerator was not emptied from previous occupant.
Room 206, shower nozzle was very loose and unable to tighten, subsequently, water pressure was poor. Took some time to rinse hair.

Ridiculous "resort fee" of $29 per night for providing in the lobby a bowl of fruit and coffee and water dispenser. Also, parking was $40 per night. Although the room was large and comfortable the bathroom was tiny and the rack to hang your towel to dry was positioned low over the toilet paper making it damp!!
