The rooms are large, quiet, and comfortable. Everything looks nice.
Negatives:
I asked the front desk on 2 different dayd for housekeeping to do up the room. I finally begged a housekeeper working on another room for clean towels, had to go to the front desk for TP, and after 10+ days still used the same sheets, put trash cans in the hall, and put up with carpet in need of vacuuming. I wiped surfaces myself.
The following have “Out of Service” signs: The pool, weight machine, 2 of 3 dryers in the launderette, and steam room. The sauna seems to work, but there’s no handle to close the door from the inside. Room & bath faucets (there are 3 sinks, which is cool) stick and require extra effort to turn on and off.

My room was on the end near the club. Fell asleep to loud music. But I was comfortable so I fell asleep just fine.

In all honesty, there wasn’t anything that I liked.
Negatives:
The pool and spa were closed. Nowhere on their site did it mention that. We found a dirty sock and toenail clippings underneath our bed. We also found trash underneath the pull out couch where our daughters slept, along with a cap to a vape juice bottle and an empty condom wrapper. The room smelt like BO and an ash tray.

When we first checked in, we were given a room that wasn’t even clean. My kids saw the beds messy, beer bottles everywhere, food left on the table still. The room was literally trashed. When we mentioned it to the front they didn’t even apologized just gave us a different room.
