Great price. After messing up my reservation with the wrong date, my fault. I was given a refund. I was able to enter a new date and all was well. Thanks for that!

Not a thing. We were able to do an early check in. we found out they are now serving new breakfast items that we tried and liked very much. I do have to say my wife opened the complementary lotion bottle and there was a hair stuck under the cap!

Close to an airport in Highway so you pretty much need to have the window closed at night. Not a great distraction.

I wish staff would be more aware of the room where we stayed. We found two lump of candies on the rug. We had ask them to clean them up few times. It was obviously they did not vacuum the rug or otherwise they would find them.

The staff was definitely the best part of our experience here. They were all friendly and helpful. The room was spacious enough and comfortable beds and quiet. The breakfast was nice in the morning and then the afternoon we got served fresh baked cookies.
Negatives:
Not a thing. Everything was great.

From the moment we walked in we were greeted by, who I think, is the employee of the month, Tuck. Though he has 4 legs nothing stopped his 5 star customer service. His mom was there to supervise but I think he could have handled checking us in all in his own. The fact that they also had a full , warm breakfast was amazing. The facility is clean and staff kind, welcoming and warm

The hot tub is outside, I feel like that was a decision not made by anyone who lives in oregon. But it had been a reason we booked but couldn't use because of the weather.
