Negatives: The pool/hot tub was unavailable to use at all. Was one of the reasons this location was chosen. The windows in the room had condensation inside them. Couldn't see out one side. Very loud traffic noise. Dated and damaged fixtures. Sink cracked. Rusty kleenex facia. The tub plug was loose/not working. No luggage stand like other rooms. We stayed at this location a few days prior. That room was much nicer. Appears that we were double charged according to pending transactions. Also there is an additional $50 cleaning deposit that is not mentioned prior to arriving for check-in. For a non refundable reservation, this is not a good unexpected additional expense. This should definitely be noted on the website prior to making a reservation commitment. In addition to the pool being unavailable for use.

Negatives: Didn't like my reservation not being found had to do it all a second time and was charged twice now I paid double for a room I didn't want really troublesome experience and expensive for that type of money for one night I could of stayed at ? I don't know never paid that much for a hotel room being charged double and nobody can seem to help me keep getting told to hold on I work and can't sit on hold so I guess it's my loss or I someone else's hands

Negatives: Telephone didn't work

Negatives: The pool was closed the day we arrived due to someone throwing up in it. And it was still closed the following day and part of the third day. We couldn’t use the hot tub while the pool was being dealt with and I chose the hotel specifically for the indoor pool for my kids & the hot tub for me due to chronic pain. The laundry room was unavailable for our entire stay. The beds were like sleeping on rocks with sheets over them. There was mold in the bath tub and I found it along the one window in the room. When we first opened the door to our room and every time we left and came back, the room was terribly stinky. It took a while before our noses adapted. The WIFI was absolutely awful. We had to re-login each device many times throughout the day. AND I had to delete the hotel from my wifi list and re-Find it again each time. Lots of extra steps and it would go out randomly! The TV remote felt sticky no matter how many times we wiped it down.. Using the microwave made the lights flicker. I woke up all night to people closing their room doors even with a box fan pointed towards me on high. The first day we arrived my husband witnessed a guest who had just checked in go to a neighboring room and use his assigned key to open the door. Upon entering that room, the guest learned that the room was already occupied by another person who was IN THE ROOM! Needless to say, my husband was worried someone would be falsely assigned our room so we felt anxious and on edge since our two children were with us. There was also not enough storage type things in the room for unpacking. The chair in the room was insanely uncomfortable and very very hard. It was super tall and and deep which made my husband feel like a little kid sitting in it lol

Negatives: Not clean, poor housekeeping, coffee at lobby / breakfast is very poor quality

Negatives: So far I've been charged $50 deposit twice. Haven't gotten any money back. The toilet is for children its so low to the ground

Negatives: The front desk people were wonderful very helpful and friendly

Negatives: I was given a handicapped room where the shower was known to flood the entire bathroom floor. I was not given that information when I booked that room. I am on braces and crutches and it was dire experience where I have to very carefully walk the edge of the floor where there was fortunately a small strip of dry floor. If I would have slipped, there would have been major damage to me as I am over the age of 70 and must walk with braces and crutches.

Negatives: There were ants in our room, breakfast was cold, they moved us rooms but it was small and did not accommodate our needs
