I requested weeks in advance to have an ADA room on the first floor. I am 100% disabled per the Veterans Admin and part of my disability insurance is PTSD. I was put on the second floor. My TV would not turn off. Had to set volume off but had to put up with it flickering all night. T
I own a Keurig coffee maker. When faced with the Keurig in my room, it did not work well. I had to hold down the top of the coffee maker to make it run. I did report this to the staff upon departure. Breakfast with the hostess and cook was excellent.

The main reason for choosing this hotel was that they had a spa/hot tub. Though I received multiple messages prior to our stay about room upgrades, there was no mention that the spa was out of service and has been for a while. They did not offer that info at check in either. we would have tried to cancel the booking and stayed somewhere else since that was a major amenity wanted for our travel

The beds were nice & comfortable, and able to pull the shade down in the window.
The shower head massage was a better flow than the regular shower, but I surely could not reach that shower head to change the setting, it was way too high up, I'm not 7 feet tall!!!

I chose this hotel because of the pool & hot tub & an accessible bathroom for my friend.
But the pool & hot tub were very small and the jets on the hot tub were broken!!!
Also we could not get an accessible bathroom for my friend, it only had 1 bar in the shower. Also the water leaked all over the floor when we took showers because the shower curtain was only made of thin fabric, not a PLASTIC liner.
Also I had to talk to the manager about getting the breakfast free, because Booking.com said it was included. When we got there, the clerk said it cost $15 per person, so we talked to the manager.
Also the room was very dark. Only 1 lamp next to the bed & 1 small lamp on the desk.
