Overall very nice and will stay there again next year for the Billiards event
Negatives:
Cool River restaurant food was expensive and not impressed with portion and taste, service not so good as they got my order wrong and was ignored for a while and had to complain. Stayed on 3rd floor the ice machine was broken on 3rd and 2nd floors and towards the end of my stay the main floor ice machine went down.

The breakfast was great, facility was clean and staff courteous and friendly.

The restaurant/bar could have been staffed better, Crowded night and only one bartender who was also handling dinner orders. A lot of food sat on a cart while people were told their orders were not ready and it was on that cart the whole time. I know because I sat right there and observed it happening.

We stay there every year. The staff is always very welcoming.
Negatives:
Last year we were right over top of the bar and it was excruciatingly loud. Same thing this year but a few more floors up so it wasnt as bad but the room also wasnt as clean and we had to have someone come fix the toilet while we were out.
