Stayed 4 days.room never cleaned. Had to ask for fresh towels. Fridge barely cool. Dead battery in temperature control. Lights blinking in bath room.bed spread stained musty smells. Same breakfast every day.

Positives:
Joan at the front desk is a gem. We had a real quick stop over in Cranberry. We didn't expect the hotel to be great, but it exceeded all our expectations. The room was a little dated but well maintained. It's pretty much quiet except hearing a door close here or there. Sadly, I overslept and missed breakfast.
We will be coming back. We have a few more trips planned in the summer and this will be where we stay.

Smelled like wet dogs. Moldy odor. Had to use a ‘Damp-rid’ kit to cut the odors. Front desk person was rude. When I was checking in, I tried to hand her my drivers license and credit card as I usually do. She wouldn’t take them and asked my name. Because it’s hard for some to pronounce for some, I said, “it’s on my license which you need anyway”. She repeated. After you tell me you last name!. I told her and she then asked me to spell it out. And none of the conversation was friendly. Also the security door didn’t lock.
