hot tub closed. Water in pool freezing kids could not swim long . 1st room refrigerator didn't work 2nd room TV took very long to turn on toilet kept running. Tub had a strip coming up inside tub. Woman's rest room had one working toilet the other 2 out of order. Wasn't a good stay for us. They did take money off the room

The pool was very nice, which was helpful to us b/c I traveled with my son, who is a child. It was larger than most hotel pools, got to be five feet deep (which is great), and the saltwater was nice.
Negatives:
The only thing I'd change (other than the price, but this isn't the hotel's fault necessarily; clean hotels have really gone up since the pandemic took effect in 2020), is that we came specifically for Groundhog Day (Punxsutawney is 30-40 mins. away) and there was no breakfast for us (served 6 AM-9 AM at the hotel). Most other hotels in the area do a special early breakfast for Groundhog Day (earlier than 6 AM), which would be appreciated, especially b/c part of the deal package was for breakfast and February 2nd is literally once a year. I'd like to see this happen for a re-booking, or possibly even them wave the breakfast fee for a G-Hog Day stay if that isn't possible.
