The check in person was helpful. The bed was comfortable.

There was a strong odor of cat urine in the bathroom. The woman at check in came and sprayed. It helped, but only temporarily. Clearly, the floor needed a good washing, especially at the corner of the door. The tub surround was pulling away from the wall. We had an unsatisfactory experience with a Best Western the previous night in South Carolina. With this unsatisfactory stay in PA, we won't stay at a Best Western ever again.

Breakfast buffet left a lot to be desired. Pancake maker was broken, eggs were cold and biscuits were hard as rocks. Worst breakfast buffet we have had.

Decent stay for the price
Positives:
The people here were very nice. The beds were clean. One bed was broken. The toilet sounded like a freight train coming thru our room every time we flushed and squirted water out of side so always water on bathroom floor. Key card would not open side door so had to walk all the way would to front in extremely cold and windy weather. Told front desk and never fixed. Was there 2 days. Was clean but rag marks and cleaner residue on everything.

The people were extremely nice. Breakfast was good. Coffee always available. K cup coffee maker. Refrigerator and little freezer that worked.
