Positives:
The hotel staff. They were very friendly and helpful with all our needs.
Negatives:
Some things that stood out to me is lack of cleanliness in our room. We had a ball of bedding fuzz with hair and some brown stuff in it, in our tub. Lack of staff needed for breakfast rush. One girl doing it all. Coffee out and breakfast gone. Pool down.

The personnel who checked us in was awesome! Waffles were good!

Restroom needed cleaned...no bacon or sausage for breakfast..eggs were not to my liking...

Staff on speaker phone hearing there personal conversation with there friends while having breakfast. We actually left the area it was so annoying. Secondly the pool was closed with no notice and we had to go get towels for the room.

The staff -Overall friendly and helpful. Cobblestone Hotels in my experience, do have the most helpful people even with problems. I was even offered a free drink for an inconvenience
Negatives:
The pool and hot tub closed early because of a chlorine issue. I had confirmed earlier in the day that it was open and it closed some time after that call. I was looking forward to using it.

The common areas [lobby, elevators, entrance] could have been much cleaner. The breakfast was average at best.I was expecting much more from this hotel.

The fitness room was freezing. Housekeeping didnt tidy up my room or add fresh towels.

Pool area was closed. Picked this hotel for the hot tub and pool. this is the second time Ive called ahead of booking with you and asked if the pool and hot tub would be open and they said yes so I booked, but when I checked in I found they were closed.

The pool was closed for repairs. I feel they should have made me aware before booking.
