Received our room key & the room they gave us was already occupied. We felt so horrible for the people we walked in on… and it was at 9pm. Then after getting our room we had to listen to 10 kids outside our room running, screaming and playing football till 1am. Tried calling the front office, got put on hold, told we were getting a discount and never received one. Won’t be staying here again.
