Positives:
Everything was very clean and the staff very friendly.
Negatives:
The only things that were a little difficult were in the bathroom. With seniors, its nice to have higher toilets and walk in shower, but we survived and had a great time.

Did not get receipt for room cost that was prepaid or for mandatory $50 charge upon check in.
Positives:
It was convenient for my event. I had no issues with anything else that directly involved me. I received a handicap-accessible room, and it had the biggest bathroom I've ever had in a hotel. Bed was comfortable; I slept well. No noise issues.
Negatives:
The $50 incidentals fee (it is supposed to be reversed, but as of Tuesday it had not been). I saw the stairs leading from the lobby that could be a problem for wheelchair users (a back entrance avoids this).
