I stayed at this exact hotel maybe about 12 years ago and it was absolutely amazing! To come back to this place with such high expectations only to be tremendously disappointed was unfortunate.

Embassy Suites prides themselves on their nightly lounge/cocktail time, this particular Embassy Suites advertisedtheir same nightly lounge time as well however, there was NOTHING THERE EXCEPT A snack size Chex Mix and the bar. Horrible

The hotel is very spacious, love the breakfast and evening happy hour. The shuttle driver for early morning shift was very helpful and patient with my mobility issues.

Water in hot tub was cold, toilets were stopped up, didn't clean room during our stay, breakfast food was horrible and stale, ran out of wash cloths, no pool towels so everyone was cold getting out of pool, just will never stay there unless the world ends

The first room I was given smelled like smoke. They quickly switched my room which was great. However, when we got to the new room there was a nice little log floating in the toilet. I would still recommend the hotel. The was my first bad experience there
