Proximity to the airport and the front desk staff.
Negatives:
Room was in motel section of the hotel. Shower had mold around the tub and it was old. I wouldve preferred a room in the newer part of the hotel that had rooms along a carpeted hallway. We had to go outside to reach the lobby. Burnt sausage at breakfast

Our first 2 rooms weren't ready, our third room was, basically took our own tour of the hotel to get a room.

Location was good, next to a local pub that was open late and had good food.
Negatives:
The room smelled really bad. There had been rain and a lot of water had leaked in before our arrival. The floor was soaking wet on the one whole side of the room couldn’t be used as it was wet and smelled very musty.

The parking was kind of a nightmare. The pub next door had an event on the evening of our check-in, and all parking -- including on the lawn surrounding the hotel -- was taken. We drove around the lot several times before creating a lawn spot. Not ideal.

The customer service was awful. They copied my drivers license and credit card nit even sure if they were supposed to. They canceled my reservation eventhough I called and told them I would be coming in the middle of the night.
