Love the location. Pretty property. Very nice, helpful staff . Very comfortable beds.

We booked here because of a concert we were attending ( and I’ve stayed here a few times before and had good experiences ). I know that the hotel was aware of the events in the city for this weekend, because the price was waaaay jacked up many many months ago when I booked for Saturday night, however they seemed unprepared to handle the large crowd. I say this because only 2 elevators were working when we arrived back on Saturday evening, causing people to wait in quite a long line to get back up to their rooms . I also found it odd that their weren’t any options to purchase food or snacks in the hotel late at night. This was really good for local delivery services , but in my opinion, not the most convenient for guests and certainly the hotel could be making more money if there was some kind of late night option there .
Also, as other reviews have mentioned , the rooms are a bit small but for a couple it’s perfectly fine .

The fact that I paid for a king and when I got there I was told they were overbooked and I would HAVE to take 2 doubles. Being a larger man my wife and I were very uncomfortable. They did not offer any sort of compensation.

It's the hotel we stay at for concerts. It's within walking distance of the concert. There is a little coffee shop in the lobby. The staff is super nice. I highly recommend it.
