Difficult to get a good nights sleep at least on highway side of hotel. Sound of refrigerator made it difficult to get to sleep for a while.

The Fitness Center had no free weights. Expected more from it. Also, the coffee/tea service in the lobby was not restocked for the evening. Missed my nighttime tea!

The hotel was conveniently located across the street from several stores. The breakfast offered was extremely nice, offering variety.
Negatives:
The room was much smaller than we expected; the carpet was dirty and looked unhealthy; the furniture looked worn with stains; the bed linen and towels were no longer white as they should be; there were no basic toiletries provided in the room as is usual standard expectation, like a shower caps - it had to be requested from the front desk; the room lighting on one side of the room wasn't great. I have stayed at Hampton hotels before and what I experienced was far, far better than this.
