Negatives: the floor was dirty and sticky

Negatives: The mattress on both beds were very hard

Negatives: We could hear the person snoring in the room next to us. These walls are thin. The coffee in the lobby in the morning was probably the weakest and worst tasting that I’ve had in years. A few power outlets and USB ports were not working.

Negatives: Unfortunately, there were some clientele challenges when we stayed. Friday night was a group on the third floor who were loud, stomping, moving furniture, etc. and when I woke up at 3am and it was still going on I went down to the front desk and they took care of it immediately. Also, the second night there a guest was running through the halls and the police was called and it was taken care of. I had stayed there in July and none of these problems happened. It was unique and unfortunate events but they were taken care of. Also, the water was lukewarm for the shower both in the evening and the morning. When I reached out they said to wait 15-20 minutes but it still was not hotter. Also, Brandee, who apparently is the manager is not a people person and was very short when I had to interact with her. She was not there in July and to be honest my stay would have been a lot better without her there.

Negatives: I stayed two nights Friday and Saturday Friday I stayed with my kids and Saturday by myself I did drink a bit and over slept my checkout time was awakened at noon to a very rude house keeping lady saying I should have been gone. They did not check my room in a hour in advance like the other hotels which would have e been helpful to make my departure on time. So I must have nodded back because 12:30 she was back again cursing me out I was polite and offered to tip her 50 In return for my negligence of not being out on time and she said no I’m a manager and walked off next thing I know two cops were there they were nice to me helped me bring two of my bags to my van and explained they just wanted me off the properly but she did t have to be so rude and could have earlier like I said at the last hotel they came a hour before checkout to confirm. I offered to go apologize myself but they would not let me. I was. A but tipsy and they let me stay on property to sleep in my vehicle for a bit I have never had such a rude room serve before. Don’t t remember her name. It’s all love comfort Inn my apologies I still have e not been back because I don’t know if I’m allowed there. Was great until that moment.

Negatives: No.

Negatives: Pillows! What is it with square little pillows? We just hate those.

Negatives: Cleaner room, better TV channels.

Negatives: After checking out my card was charged 35 dollars. I called and asked why and was told I was smoking in my room. After informing the person that I absolutely did not smoke in my room the manager was extremely rude and refused to refund the money.

Negatives: No shower curtain in the bathroom.

Negatives: Breakfast wasn’t great
