This is supposed to be a room with a kitchenette. What good is a kitchenette without utensils, coffee cups, drinking cups, plates, and any other kitchen essentials In the elevator there are pictures of guests preparing food and enjoying coffee.Big joke!!

Rooms were filthy. Stains, hair, dust dirt. Floor looked washed with dirty water . Wiped section of floor with cloth and cloth became filthy dirty. Gave me another room..less hair but floor was still dirty.
