Positives: The location was very good.

Negatives: The jacuzzi had orange pieces floating in the water. It looked like shredded carrots. The pool was cold.

Positives: Kay was exceptional !!! She recommended a great restaurant, helped us with the pool/hot tub, and helped us with some baseball tickets for the next day. Very capable, amazing and pleasant. Also, your breakfast lady was very helpful and pleasant.

Negatives: There is not enough light in the rooms. Only one light by the door and a small desk lamp is not enough. Please add more light.

Positives: Easy access to outside, quick and easy check in and was easy to find the temporary entrance.

Negatives: Some reason the hot tub and pool was out of order. One reason I chose this facility. And Saturday night we had a group of young kids staying in the neighboring room and parents across the hall. They were rather load. Very poor lighting in room 212.

Positives: The staff was friendly

Negatives: Way to many kids in hot tub horsing around. Pool area very slippery kids fell 3 times slipping hurting themselves. Also renovation the elevators looked kind of gross.
