The guy in the reception desk was extremely rude. He also wanted to charge me extra $50 dollars for a non-smoking room when I been there before & the other guy didn’t charge me before & I had to take a smoking room & my partner & I had horrible headaches. The room are not looking good either for what they charge, the rooms need to be remodeled ASAP.!

Bed pillows uncleaned/stained, hand towel rag hocker filthy/rusty, stained ironing bowl, no screen on bathroom window/rusty, & laundry washing/dryer machines off in 24 to 48hrs & all not working in 7 days. Front staffs not supportive with additional help of laundry
